Sample Class Description

 

 

Pilates/ Yoga- Helps strengthen and tone the abdomen, hips, legs, and back muscles. Learn and maintain good core strength, flexibility, and proper breathing technique. Pilates done on a regular basis develops body shaping, body sculpting, muscle lengthening, and balance.   (40-50 min.)

 

Body Sculpting w/ Weights- Strength Training designed to build muscular endurance, burn fat, and sculpt the body using weights, bands, balls, etc. (45 min.)

 

Hoop Cardio- Fun & Low Impact way to really get that heart rate up and burn those calories! Personal Hula Hoop not necessary. (45 min.)

 

Low Impact- for the beginner to the advanced—a great workout! It’s so fun, you don’t even really that you are burning hundreds of calories (50 min.)

 

 

Cardio Boot Camp- is a simple, athletic based workout that strengthens, tones, and defines every major muscle in the body. The workout will especially target the upper body. This workout will get your heart rate up and burn off those calories. (50 min)

 
ABT (Abs, Buns, & Thighs)- Total lower body workout! Tone and tighten your body. The body’s largest muscles are worked to increase your calorie burn for an extremely effective workout! (50 min.)
