Body Sculpting w/ Weights- Strength Training designed to build muscular endurance, burn fat, and sculpt the body using weights, bands, balls, etc. (45 min.)
Hoop Cardio- Fun & Low Impact way to really get that heart rate up and burn those calories! Personal Hula Hoop not necessary. (45 min.)
Low Impact- for the beginner to the advanced—a great workout! It’s so fun, you don’t even really that you are burning hundreds of calories (50 min.)
